Qualifications for passengers
Passengers must be ambulatory and require no more than minimal assistance to enter or leave a small airplane and not require medical care en route. Oxygen can be used if provided by the patient and administered without flight crew assistance. Small, collapsible wheelchairs and other equipment may be accommodated at flight crew discretion. Passengers must be medically stable and able to fly in unpressurized aircraft.
